Using Cantara

By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using Cantara, you agree to these terms. If you use Cantara on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company and confirm you can do so.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at hello@usecantara.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the integrations your workspace connects.

Your content

You own the work you connect and the drafts and posts you create. You give us permission to process that content only to run Cantara for you, as described in our privacy policy. Nothing is published without its author's approval, and you are responsible for what you approve and post.

AI drafts

Drafts are written by AI from the work you connect and can contain mistakes. Read each draft before you approve it. Cantara drafts posts; it does not give legal, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

  • Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Don't share confidential information you aren't allowed to make public.
  • Follow the rules of LinkedIn, X, GitHub and Slack when you use them through Cantara.
  • Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, after a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are listed on the pricing page and we will give notice before they change.

Ending your account

You can stop using Cantara and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

Warranties and liability

Cantara is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

When these terms change we'll update the date at the top of this page, and we'll email account holders about material changes.
